You can easily find our community - use the address 2 Hudson Blvd Red Lion, PA 17356 in your GPS! Travel south on Cape Horn Road and make a right onto Chapel Church Road, our community will be on your left. Our office is located at 2 Hudson Blvd which is first home on the right upon turning into the community from Chapel Church.

Our community is located within the Dallastown School District, which includes Dallastown Area Cyber Academy, Dallastown Area High School, Dallastown Area Intermediate School, Dallastown Area Middle School, Dallastown Elementary School, Leaders Heights Elementary School, Loganville-Springfield Elementary School, Ore Valley Elementary Schoool and York Township Elementary School.

We are conveniently located next to Giant and Weis grocery stores, convience stores, and less than 15 minutes from multiple shopping centers.

Appointments are preferred! To schedule an appointment, please call us at 717-483-2291 or email [email protected]. We are also available from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM on Saturdays for tours.

We look forward to receiving your rental application online at www.renthudsonridge.com. Once your completed application is received, the approval process should only take 24-48 hours in most cases. Our leasing professionals will walk you through the application process and are happy to answer any of your questions.

You can make your rent payments online using the Resident Portal to through credit card, debit card or bank account.

Yes, for your safety, renter's insurance is required. We reccommend our third party provider, ResidentShield, as we've already done the work to negotiate the best rates!

Yes! We allow 2 pets per home and we do have breed restrictions. Please call our office to inquire about your breed. We also have a dog park on site for your furry friends!

Our spacious kitchen area is fully equipped with a stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and electric ranges! Appliances are new or used depending on if it's a new construction or if someone previously lived in the home. We also offer carpeting washers and dryers are included. Check out our amenities here!

Yes! We have on-site maintenance available 24/7. You can submit a work order though the resident portal and our team will respond within 24 hours. We also are an emergency maitenance line that residents can call any time of day.

Yes! We offer fully furnished units to our residents for an additional monthly cost.
